Sharm El Sheikh

Location

This prime location is on an area of 800,000m2 of potential which extends to 750 meters of a beautiful and breathtaking shoreline that's perfect for all types of marine adventures such as Kite Surfing and diving. The land is renowned for its 35 meter gradual decline from the main road to the shore giving it a perfect view of the Sinai mountains and the Red Sea from every position.

Those with the nerves to uncover the secrets that lay beneath the water's surface, Ras Nasrani is a world renowned diving spot, the second most famous spot in the world. Once your done with discovering the stories of the sea you'll be met with a beautiful view of the Sinai mountains as soon as you step out of the waters. Natural Surroundings

The land is renowned for its 30 meter gradual decline from the main road to the shore giving it a perfect view of the Sinai mountains and the Red Sea from every position.

Soho Square

Soho Square remains the main recreation center for wild nights after spending quiet sunny days on the beach. Only 5 minutes walking distance from the resort town.

Available Services at The Center

The infrastructure work of the first phase and part of the second phase have been carried out by the company in order to provide networks to continue bringing this project to life. The networks that have been completed are: Road network, electricity network, water network, sewage network, irrigation water network, telephone network, lighting network In order to achieve this, the company has established three major projects through its specialized companies which are as follows:

Desalination Plant

The company built a sea water desalination plant (Al Montazah Water Desalination Company) and established wells for feeding and wells for draining pursuant to the standards of the environment and the WHO. It had built one of the distinguished plants in the Middle East that has been working since 2000. -The planned production capacity of the plant amounts to 40,000 m3/day -The actual production capacity of the plant amounts to 18,000 m3/day -The volume of investments in the plant amounts to approx. EGP 150 million.

Wastewater Plant

The company built a new plant for treating wastewater whose implementation is assumed by Al Montazah Water Desalination Plant. It is one of the plants established pursuant to the standards and methods of advanced treatment. The wastewater is treated for the Center’s projects to use it in irrigation by the M.B.R. System. It is expected for the plant to be put into operation during 2018 after suspending the current plant. The volume of investments for this plant amounts to approx. EGP 60 million for the first phase. The capacity of the plant amounts to the following: -The planned production capacity amounts to 30,000 m3/day -The actual production capacity that is in the completion process amounts to 15,000 m3/day for the civil works.

Power Plant

Considering the company is one of the biggest integrated development companies and in view of the enormity of the project, the company decided to build a 22/66 KVA power plant to serve the projects of the Center in the manner that covers all its requirements.

Natural Gas

The company assumes its communications with the company responsible for providing the projects of South Sinai with the gas network to prepare the studies on determining the provision capacities and the networks to serve the projects at the Center.

The project enjoys several advantages, among which are the following :

A unique location that directly faces Tiran Island and a shore of approx. 750 meters run long. This shore and the coast of the Center in general includes Ras. Nasrani Diving Spot which is the second famous diving spot in the world after Ras Mohamed Spot due to the rare coral reefs that it contains.The land of the project is characterized by natural gradation from the level of the regional road until the level of the sea surface that exceeds 30 meters.
The location is also distinguished by its direct view of the Regional Road linking Sharm El Sheikh to Nabq.The location includes pursuant to the former project of the land works of leveling and terraces for the front part overlooking the sea.

Accessability

The fact that the location is near both the islands of Tiran and Sanafir isn't what truly distinguishes it. There's a certain simplicity in reaching our location since it overlooks the regional road between Sharm El Sheikh and the city of Nabq. It's also a few minutes drive from Sharm El Sheikh International Airport as well as a five minute walk from the famed Soho Square.
